Project Overview We are proud to present our recently completed project, where we provided integrated mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fire protection, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) services. This project highlights our ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions, even in the face of significant challenges.

Scope of Work

  • Mechanical Services: Designed and installed a state-of-the-art HVAC system to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency.
  • Hydraulic Services: Implemented a robust hydraulic system to support the facility’s operational needs, including plumbing and fluid management.
  • Electrical Services: Provided comprehensive electrical solutions, from initial design to installation and maintenance, ensuring safety and reliability.
  • Fire Protection Services: Installed advanced fire protection systems, including fire alarms and sprinkler systems, to safeguard the facility.
  • ESD Services: Developed and implemented ESD protection measures to prevent damage to sensitive electronic equipment.

Challenges Faced One of the primary challenges we encountered was the absence of existing drawings for the facility. This presented several obstacles:

  • Inaccurate Assessments: Without accurate drawings, assessing the current state of the systems was challenging, leading to potential oversights.
  • Increased Costs: The lack of detailed documentation necessitated additional site surveys and investigations, increasing project costs and timelines.

  • Compliance Risks: Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards was more difficult without comprehensive documentation of existing systems.
