The Civic Centre and Plenty Ranges Arts & Convention Centre is located at 25 Ferres Boulevard, South Morang.

The site was developed in the early 1990s and is set on a total of approximately 42 acres. The site consists of the Civic
Centre, Plenty Ranges Arts & Convention Centre, staff and public carparks and pathway network.

The CC and PRACC accommodate approximately 500 employees that regularly traverse between the two buildings.
Public and private carparks surround the west and eastern area of the CC and south and north of the PRACC. The approximate total of carpark spaces is 600.

BE Consulting Engineers was engaged to conduct an external lighting audit for the entire site and assess against current codes, standards and regulations. The next phase involved redesigning external lighting to meet the lastest code requirements and issue tender documentation.

The project was successfully delivered by our electrical specialist lighting team with construction to finish end of 2020
